It seems to me that the most frequent questions I get about fitness relate directly to nutrition, and the greatest help people seem to need has to do with "what should I eat?". That being said, I've decided to create this blog to specifically cover those topics related to food, healthy eating habits, nutrition, and to throw in a ton of great healthy recipes as well.
